Card Drawing Rules If after the first 2 cards are dealt:
· the Bank has a Natural, then the hand is over.
· any Table Player has a Natural, then the hand is over for that Table Player/Bank matchup.
· for those that do not get a Natural, then the 3rd card drawing rule comes into play.
When the 3rd card drawing rule comes into play, the Table Player hands are completed first. Whether a Table Player gets a third card is determined by the Table Player’s 2 card hand total. The chart below summarizes the 3rd card rules that would apply if the Table Player’s 2 card hand total is not 8 or 9.
Table Player's 2 Card Hand Total: | Table Player Must: |
0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 | Draw |
6, 7 | Stand |
Whether the Bank gets a third card depends on a combination of two things:
· The 2 card hand total of the Bank, and
· The value of the Table Player’s 3rd Card
The chart below shows what follows if the Bank’s 2 card hand total is not 8 or 9.
